Employment Services- Complaint Procedure
WorkForce West Virginia is required to establish and maintain a uniform system for accepting, investigating, resolving, and referring complaints through the Employment Services (ES) program. If you have an employment related complaint against your employer, please contact the Complaint System Representatives listed on the poster below.
Note: Any complaints against Unemployment Insurance (UI), Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title 1 programs or complaints by veterans are not handled through this policy but in accordance with their respective regulations.
