EMPOWER WV Initiative

WorkForce West Virginia’s EMPOWER WV Initiative connects youth in the Mountain State to employment and education by providing mentoring and individually-guided and innovative career pathways to reach their goals. EMPOWER WV kicked off in Kanawha County in 2022 and is expanding statewide.

West Virginia students are encouraged to explore employment opportunities and career pathways available at no cost to in-state residents.
