Rapid Response for Dislocated Workers
When business or industry dislocations occur, Rapid Response teams plan and deliver services to assist dislocated workers in transitioning to new employment as quickly as possible, either by utilizing our WorkForce West Virginia job services or through training. Services provided by Rapid Response include group meetings of dislocated workers which provide an overview of available re-employment and transition services, group workshops on resume writing, interviewing skills, etc., and can include group unemployment claim-taking sessions.
